I needed a quick quote when a hauling company damaged my front windshield. I called and was able to get my quote in less than 15 minutes! With this I was able to win my case and have my cars windshield replaced. Not only were they prompt but professional. I would highly recommend Abbey Rowe Auto Glass to anyone who needs any glass repaired or replaced!
These people were an hour late and they didn't put my door panel on correctly and chipped my locked and scratched up my vehicle. The technician didn't care if he done the job correctly. Andrew Ode said he would make it right and nobody has came back out to fix it. These people have lied to me and have not kept their word. I don't know how people can be so rude and inconsiderate.

The installer came within the time a lot and installed the windshield quickly. I would use them again.
Arrived on time and made quick repair. Tech noticed scratch in windshield after install. He pointed it out and said he would return promptly to replace. I cant ask anything more than that from any service.
Service was great!! They were very courteous on the phone and in person. They replaced the window quickly and were very prompt on arrival. I couldn't be more pleased.

Got a quote within minutes. Love the fact that their coming to replace my windshield for me all for an honest price. I called 3 pm today and they have me scheduled for tomorrow morning. Fast enough for me.
These guys were great! They showed up the same day I called. They came at the time they said they would and they were finished replacing my windshield in under an hour. They were polite, professional and thorough. Awesome.

Great service had me scheduled the next day. Due to the cold temperature I was called before my appointment time and was told I can get it done in the shop that day. It was in and out with in two hours!

Just had my windshield replaced on our Saab. Scheduling was quick, easy, friendly. They arrived in the middle of the timeframe given, which was great! Again, very friendly and thorough. Looks great! Would use again!

The phone experience was easy and clear as far as schedule and price. They came out the same day with a good crew and did a super job.
The service was great. Techs called in advance and showed up as scheduled. Well satisfied with the replacement windshield and service received during the entire process. I will call again if the need arises.
They were very helpful and friendly on the phone when I called for a quote and it was very easy to set up the next-day appointment. The appointment time-frame given was 9-2 and they showed up at about 1:30 shortly after their conformation call. They were very professional, worked quickly, and the new windshield looks great.

Just had my windshield replaced - great job, very meticulous and courteous (much lower cost than the competitors). Close to giving a 5-star rating but they were a little late to the appointment (only a little, though). Would definitely recommend.

Staff was courteous and professional. They called in advance of showing up and called a few minutes later to let us know that they had a customer call back and would be a few minutes late. Install was very quick. Only issue is some adhesive from the manufacturers sticker was left on the windshield.
Great service, they came to us and were able to replace our windshield the next day. The hardest part was figuring out how to write a review. -William White
