I can't seem to ever get any one to answer my call. When I finally did the nice lady said they were understaffed and only getting 20 percent of calls. While the technician arrived on time and was quick, I realize now why. I am driving around with two trash bags taped together fighting a spring snow. The window fell off the track. Of course, the first words out of the technician's mouth were, "It is not my fault." Great customer service, NOT! Just hoping to get it fixed.

I made an appointment for today to have the windshield replaced on my car. Tyson called beforehand to let me know he was on his way. Full points for that. He did an excellent job, was very efficient and friendly. He even managed to transfer the military sticker from the old windshield on to the new one. (Previous companies have told me that this would not be possible.) I would recommend this company to anyone.

I would have gave them 5 stars if they could have replaced my windshield the same day. Although, I did call after lunch. The next day Ben showed up in a nice F-150 (was expecting a little beat up work truck). Dressed like a pro and replaced my windshield like a pro. Good Job Ben!

Really quick and responsibly priced auto glass repair! Gave estimate over the phone and the repairs were done in well under two hours after some asshole smashed the window of my Honda to steal nothing. Definitely recommend!
